In a nutshell

Coachman’s Quarters is presented over three floors with the entrance on the top level. Guests enter the apartment into a warm and cosy living room complete with an electric wood burner. Stairs lead down to the double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Finally, from the bedroom you go down the novel spiral staircase*, finding the kitchen with a dining area and separate WC. A highlight of Coachman’s Quarters is its own private sea-view terrace.

Location

Coachman’s Quarters is situated in the heart of the Exmoor National Park in the pretty North Devon town of Lynton, which is normally associated alongside the coastal village of Lynmouth, which sits at the foot of the hillside, and can be accessed from the apartment either via the handy pathway or by the famous water-powered Cliff Railway. Lynton has a good range of shops and places to eat and is a great place to stay when exploring this stunning Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Nearby is The Valley of the Rocks, which can be reached via the North Walk, one of the best places in North Devon to see the sunset over the ocean. The South West Coast Path is also easily accessed from the apartment as are many other of North Devon’s popular attractions such as the National Trust managed Watersmeet and Heddon’s Valley.
